Rebecca Schapiro joined the firm as an associate in 2014. She works on criminal and prisoners’ rights cases, how to quote a dialogue in an essay and on a variety of civil matters, including employment discrimination and harassment claims, and separation agreements.
Ms. Schapiro graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 2013, and from the University of Chicago in 2006. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ms. Schapiro worked as a contract attorney at Stern Shapiro Weissberg & Garin, and as a Fellow with the Prisoners’ Rights Clinic in the Northeastern University School of Law clinical program.
Before going to law school, Ms. Schapiro worked forChiefEssays.Net several years as a paralegal at Curran & Berger, LLP, an immigration law firm in Western Massachusetts. As a law student, she interned at Stern Shapiro Weissberg & Garin, the Committee for Public Counsel Services (in the Suffolk County Superior Court office and the Youth Advocacy Division), and with Judge Gwendolyn Tyre at the Cambridge Juvenile Court.
Ms. Schapiro is licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
